Maintenance & repairs to buildings, installations and inventory

Resolving faults: plumbing, electrics, locks and hinges, carpentry

Inspecting locations and identifying risks early

Managing suppliers and contributing to preventive maintenance planning
— WHAT DO YOU BRING
№ 03
Technically skilled — and able to work independently.
Education
Completed MBO-4 in a technical field. Level 3 with relevant experience is also welcome.
Experience
At least 3 years in a comparable technical role. Knowledge of electrics, plumbing and carpentry.
Practical
Driving licence B, digitally proficient, solution-oriented. VCA is an advantage.

At 36 hrs, pro rata. From 1 July 2026 +3% — rising to € 2,888 – € 3,917.
